Scary Kids Scaring Kids - Self Titled album (2007)


One of my favourite albums of all time, ever. This is the band and album that brought me into this genre and I could never be any more thankful than I am about this band. Too bad they split though (//wrist)

But yes, lets celebrate their talent and great music with (ironically enough) a free album download that I ripped off the original cd.

    Ahh my sound isn't working for some reason, keeps cutting in and out randomly lately...think my soundcard's fried. I'll get back to this post.

    Good hardcore is hard to find. My town has a christian college in it, and there was a huge christian hardcore scene about 10 years ago. It kinda died out as the kids graduated, but there was a lot of great local shows while it lasted. I had a friend who was a guitar player in one of the bands, so I became basically their roadie. Got me into a lot of shows and damn the women were awesome. Christian girls who are rebelling are some of the freakiest chicks I ever met.

    Yeah I was a scene kid before it was cool. Now I'm all grown up and a normal joe like everyone else. I look at old pictures of myself and wonder what the heck I was thinking. It was a great time and I wouldn't change it for the world.
